Can I buy online?
Our store is bricks and mortar however we are happy to post clothing Australia-wide if you live far away and see something you love! Contact us on Facebook or call (03) 9457 4138 and we'd be happy to help you out.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia is a flat fee $10 via Australia post with a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We offer exchange only for unworn clothing within 7 days excluding postal costs.
What sizes do you stock?
We stock 8 to 24. Some of our brands produce sizes 8 to 16 and others do 14 to 26, so not all styles come in all sizes. However we are an inclusive boutique that wants to make all women look and feel beautiful so we aim to have a range of smart casual and formal clothing in all shapes and sizes. Please contact our team for more brand info.
Are you open public holidays?
Most Victorian public holidays we are shut but occasionally we do open! Please follow our Facebook to stay in the loop and updated on opening and closing times.
Do you do lay-by?
Yes, we are happy to lay-by items in store or over the phone, with 20% deposit, for 6 weeks.
Do you do gift cards?
Absolutely, we can do gift vouchers for any amount you like.
Do you have VIP program?
